Join us for 2 FREE antenatal sessions being held in Ripley at Minka Place, Main Street Ripley, and learn the basics of birth and how birth works in session one, followed by positions for labour, how your partner can support you and birth and newborn basics, nappy changing, swaddling and baby wearing in session two.

These sessions are designed for couples, but you can come alone as well, just let us know when you register so we know how many packs we need! Limited places due to space so please register as soon as possible. You can attend at any point in your pregnancy journey, even if you are still trying to conceive. Enjoy meeting other mums, connecting and learning about birth!
Goodie bags will be given out at session 2 with special vouchers from local businesses. Both sessions have information that flow onto each other so it’s important for your understanding that you attend both. Chrystal Rose photography will be there to take photos on the day.
